Shipping policy

Online orders with ready to ship items will be processed and shipped within 1 - 7 business days from date of purchase. Orders with preorder items will take 1-3 weeks to ship out. If you have both preorder and ready to ship items in your order. It will ship out once we receive the preorder items which can take 1-3 weeks. Once the order has been received by the shipping provider, we are no longer responsible for the order. Issues with the package location or delivery delays must be taken up with the shipping provider directly. Customers are also responsible for paying additional shipping if they provide an incorrect address and their order is returned or undeliverable.
